All records provided by REIVISTA include skip tracing.

2. Property Type:

All records are exclusively for single-family home properties.

3. Order Guidelines:

The recommended order quantity is 15,000 records per caller.
The minimum order quantity (MAQ) is 5,000 records.

4. Contact Information:

It is essential to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for successful order processing. The email you provide is the email we will use to process and deliver your order.

5. Record Source:

• REIVISTA does not own or produce the records offered on this platform.
• REIVISTA has a relationship with an exclusive source for records and facilitates the ordering process on behalf of the provider.

6. Do Not Call (DNC) Compliance:

The records are scrubbed against the Do Not Call (DNC) registry by the exclusive source of the records, DNC scrubbing is not always 100% guaranteed to be accurate.

7. Refund Policy:

There are no refunds once an order is placed.

8. Customer Responsibility:

• By placing an order, you, the customer, agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIVISTA, as well as REIVISTA’s owners, agents, employees, or subsidiaries.
• This indemnification extends to any and all past, present, and future actions, claims, suits, demands, rights, causes of action, damages, costs, losses, liabilities, expenses, fees (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees), and other harm of any kind or nature, known or unknown.
• The indemnification is in connection with any litigation or lawsuits involving or related to you, the customer, and/or your company/employer from your use/order of the records on this website.
